Vendor Access Management
Your Home. Their Access. We Handle the Details.
When you're hundreds or even thousands of miles away, managing vendors and service appointments at your home can quickly become a challenge. Who will let the HVAC technician in? Who will meet a delivery? Who will make sure a contractor has access—and that your home is secure when they leave?

Luxor Home Watch can be your trusted local point of contact.

We Meet Them So You Don't Have To
When a service provider needs access to your property, you don't have to rearrange your schedule or travel back to town.
Our Vendor Access Management service coordinates access for trusted contractors, service providers, deliveries, and scheduled appointments—giving you confidence that the right people can get in, the work can happen, and your property is secured afterward.

Depending on your service agreement, Luxor Home Watch can:

-
Remain on-site during service when requested
-
Check the property after the service
-
Confirm doors, gates, and other accessible areas are secured
-
Report back to you with a document showing completed work with photos when appropriate
You stay informed. We handle the local logistics.
A Simple Process
1. You Schedule the Service
You arrange the appointment with your preferred vendor or contractor and provide us with the necessary details.

2. We Coordinate Access
We confirm the appointment information and make arrangements to meet the service provider at your property.

3. We Provide Authorized Access
We provide access to the areas of the property that you have authorized.

4. We Verify & Document
When appropriate, we can take photos and provide a brief update regarding the visit or visible condition of the property.

5. We Secure the Property
After the vendor leaves, we verify that accessible doors, gates, and other entry points are secured.

6. You Receive an Update
We'll let you know the visit was completed and communicate any important observations or concerns.
More Than a Key Holder
Vendor access isn't simply about opening a door.
It's about making sure your property is treated with care while someone else is working inside or around your home.
We can help provide:
Access
Authorized vendors can get into the property when scheduled.
Accountability
You know when the vendor arrived and that the appointment took place.
Documentation
Photos and observations can help keep you informed about the work or condition of the property.
Security
We help ensure the property is secured after the appointment.
Peace of Mind
You have someone local who can be there when you can't.

Your Local Presence When You Can't Be There
Your home may be hundreds or even thousands of miles away, but you don't have to manage it alone.

From routine service appointments to major repairs, Luxor Home Watch provides the trusted local presence you need to keep your property accessible, maintained, and secure.

We can help coordinate authorized access for contractors, service providers, deliveries, and other scheduled appointments—working with you and the vendor to find the right time, facilitate access, and ensure your property is secured afterward.

It's one less thing for you to coordinate from afar.
