HOME WATCH
Starting at $50
Scheduled oversight of your home while you’re away, including a comprehensive visual review of the property and prompt communication when something requires your attention.

Toy Vault WATCH
Starting at $75
We provide the oversight and coordination needed to keep your vehicles, boats, and other recreational assets ready for your return. From routine visual checks and detailing to maintenance appointments, transportation, fueling, storage, and storm preparation, we help manage the details from the ground.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
Starting at $150
Personalized assistance designed around your home, schedule, and individual needs.
The initial service includes the first hour. Additional time is billed at $125 per hour.
Special requests, purchases, vendor costs, and other third-party expenses are billed separately.

Detailed Report After Every Visit

After your scheduled Home Watch visit, you'll receive a digital inspection report with time-stamped photos documenting the condition of your property.

If we identify something that requires attention, we'll communicate it promptly so you can decide how you want to proceed. Your inspection information can also be accessed through your secure client portal, giving you convenient access to your property records while you're away.
