Home Watch Is Not a Home Inspection

Our services are not a substitute for a licensed home inspection.

Luxor Home Watch does not provide:

Engineering evaluations
Building code inspections
Roofing inspections
Electrical inspections
Plumbing inspections
HVAC diagnostics
Mold testing
Environmental testing
Pest inspections
Insurance inspections
Real estate inspections

If specialized issues are suspected, we may recommend contacting an appropriately licensed professional.

No Guarantee of Condition

Although we conduct thorough visual inspections, we cannot guarantee the condition of any property, building system, appliance, or component.

Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage appropriate for their property.

Hurricane & Severe Weather Disclaimer

Florida weather can change rapidly, and severe storms may occur with little warning. While we offer Hurricane Preparation and Post-Storm Inspection Services, we cannot guarantee protection against:

Flooding
Wind damage

Fallen trees
Storm surge
