Our role is to provide local oversight, coordination, authorized access, visual observation, documentation, and communication. Vehicle and boat services are provided according to your Luxor Home Watch service agreement and specific instructions.
Luxor Home Watch does not perform mechanical, electrical, marine, structural, or other specialized repairs unless specifically licensed and authorized to do so. Mechanical and marine services are performed by qualified third-party professionals.
We do not guarantee the condition or performance of a vehicle, boat, mechanical system, or other asset, nor do visual inspections replace professional mechanical, marine, structural, or safety inspections.
Additional visits, transportation, after-hours access, emergency services, specialized coordination, or services outside your regular agreement may incur additional fees.
