Flexible Concierge Support & Pricing
Concierge services can be tailored to your needs and are available à la carte, as add-ons to eligible Home Watch plans, or through customized arrangements for larger properties and more extensive needs.
Pricing varies based on the type of service, time required, location, scheduling requirements, and involvement of third-party providers. Services may be billed hourly or quoted as a flat service fee.
Third-party costs, purchases, delivery charges, contractor fees, and other external expenses are the responsibility of the homeowner and may be billed separately.
We'll confirm the scope and applicable pricing with you before the service is scheduled.

Concierge Service Guidelines
Concierge services are provided according to the scope of the requested service and your Luxor Home Watch service agreement. Our concierge services can be customized around your property, schedule, and individual needs.
Luxor Home Watch will confirm availability, pricing, and any applicable third-party costs before services are performed whenever reasonably possible. Homeowners are responsible for the cost of requested purchases, third-party services, contractors, transportation, deliveries, and other external expenses. Luxor Home Watch does not perform licensed professional services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, automotive repair, construction, engineering, or other specialized work. When these services are required, we can help coordinate access to or appointments with appropriately qualified third-party providers.
Certain requests may be declined based on safety, liability, scheduling, legal, licensing, or other operational considerations.
