Hurricane and storm response services are subject to weather conditions, road conditions, property accessibility, local emergency restrictions, and the safety of our team. Our priority is always safety. We will not enter or access a property when conditions present an unreasonable safety risk or when authorities have restricted access.

Services are provided according to your Luxor Home Watch service agreement. Emergency services, contractor coordination, repairs, mitigation, debris removal, and specialized inspections may involve additional fees or third-party charges.

Luxor Home Watch is not a licensed contractor, engineer, insurance adjuster, or structural inspector. Our inspections are visual home watch inspections intended to identify and document observable conditions. We do not guarantee that hidden damage, structural damage, or other conditions that are not visibly apparent will be identified.
