Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are based solely on the observable condition of the property at the time of inspection.

Reports:

  • Are not engineering reports

  • Are not home inspections

  • Are not insurance inspections

  • Are not guarantees that future issues will not occur

Conditions may change immediately after an inspection.

 

 

Home Watch Limitations

​

Home Watch services consist of visual observations of a property. Our inspections are non-invasive and non-destructive.

 

We do not:

  • Move heavy furniture

  • Open walls

  • Perform repairs

  • Diagnose mechanical failures

  • Guarantee operation of appliances

  • Predict future failures

  • Guarantee prevention of mold, water damage, theft, vandalism, or pest infestations

 

 

Hurricane & Storm Services

​

Storm preparation and post-storm inspections reduce risk but cannot eliminate damage caused by severe weather.

 

Luxor Home Watch does not guarantee:

  • Protection from hurricanes

  • Prevention of flooding

  • Prevention of wind damage

  • Prevention of power outages

Storm conditions may delay access to properties.

 

 

Concierge Services

​

Concierge services are provided as a convenience. Luxor Home Watch is not responsible for:

  • Delays by third-party vendors

  • Shipping delays

  • Product shortages

  • Vendor workmanship

  • Product defects

 

 

Third-Party Contractors

​

At your request, we may coordinate with contractors, cleaners, landscapers, repair companies, or other service providers. These providers are independent businesses.

 

Luxor Home Watch is not responsible for:

  • Their workmanship

  • Scheduling

  • Pricing

  • Delays

  • Warranties

  • Damages resulting from their work

 

 

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in the client service agreement. Late payments may result in:
