What's Included in Every Home Watch Visit?

Regardless of your selected plan, our Home Watch visits are designed to provide a consistent, professional assessment of your property. Our inspections are visual in nature and are intended to identify observable conditions that may require attention.

Exterior Property Check

During an exterior inspection, we look for visible signs of problems or changes, including:

​

  • Doors and windows

  • Exterior walls & lighting

  • Roofline and accessible roof areas

  • Gutters and soffits

  • Landscaping

  • Pool and lanai areas

  • Standing water / Irrigation concerns

  • Visible mold or mildew

  • Signs of pests

  • Storm damage

  • Accessible security systems

Interior Property Check

Inside your home, we look for visible signs of potential issues, including:

  • Water leaks under sinks

  • Toilets and bathroom fixtures

  • Appliances & Water heater

  • Air conditioning systems

  • Temperature and humidity levels

  • Mold, mildew, or unusual odors

  • Ceiling stains/visible signs of leaks

  • Bring in any mail from the mailbox

  • Electrical power

  • Signs of insects or rodents

  • Other visible maintenance or property concerns

Detailed Report After Every Visit

After your scheduled Home Watch visit, you'll receive a digital inspection report with time-stamped photos documenting the condition of your property.

If we identify something that requires attention, we'll communicate it promptly so you can decide how you want to proceed. Your inspection information can also be accessed through your secure client portal, giving you convenient access to your property records while you're away.
